Warning: For this option you need to have management rights of the Buildings and resources part.
If you do not have these rights, you can create a Comeen Workplace account for someone who does.
Go to the Buildings section and click on "Manage Google Workspace Buildings" :
Click on Settings:
You will be redirected to the Settings page.
Click on "Google Workspace":
Click on "Sign-in with Google" below "Allow Buildings & Meeting Rooms synchronization from Google Admin console"
Click on Allow
Return to the Buildings page and click on "Manage Google Workspace Buildings" again:
Select one of the buildings or all of them you wish to synchronize and click on "Save":
Your buildings have been added:
To modify a building's settings, click on it the on the three dots button
Enter the capacity of the building: Corresponds to the total capacity of people (visitors + employees) that the building can accommodate.
Enter the Authorized Threshold: is the percentage of occupancy (visitors + employees) that you allow in the building at the same time.
Warning: If the gauge reaches the maximum, the declarations of arrival and the desk bookings will be blocked.
