Create one or several buildings

Create your different buildings which will be managed in flex office. You will be able to analyze the use of your buildings based on the presence of your teams.

Otherwise, click on the Buildings tab:

Click on "New" and fill in the information of your building:

Enter the capacity of the building: Corresponds to the total capacity of people (visitors + employees) that the building can accommodate.

Enter the Authorized Threshold: is the percentage of occupancy (visitors + employees) that you allow in the building at the same time.

Warning: If the gauge reaches the maximum, the declarations of arrival will be blocked.
