When creating your users you can choose a role for them.
You can do it individually or for a whole group.
if you do it for one person, go the Users tab and click on List below :
Then click on the concerned person's tile and the button Edit
Tick the roles you want to give them and click on Save
Same process for a group, but you have to select Groups below the Users tab. Then click on the concerned group
Then go to the bottom of the opened page and click on EditThen tick the roles you want to give them and click on Save

As you can see a user can have several roles.
Roles that have access to the administration platform
Space Admin
With this role the user has the same rights as you.
He therefore has access to all the tabs of the platform and he can make all the changes he wants.
Dashboard User
The user will have access to the homepage of the administration platform:

Today
This role allows your employees to use either our Google Workspace add-on, either our Microsoft Teams add-in or our Slack application.
Manager
This role allows the user to manage the attendance of his team.
