This powerful tool allows you to ensure that crucial content is displayed at the right time, overriding all other playlists when necessary. Whether you need to share an emergency announcement, highlight a special event, or display time-sensitive information, Priority Playlists make it simple and effective.
Priority Playlists allow you to set specific playlists to override all other playlists during designated time slots.
How to Prioritize a Playlist

Navigate to the Playlists section in your Comeen interface.

Select the playlist you want to prioritize by clicking on its name.

Once inside the playlist, go to the Planning tab.

Click on Add a period and select the desired schedule type.

Fill out the scheduling details and check the Prioritize playlist box.
- Click Save to confirm your settings.
- Enable the schedule by clicking on Activation of planning.

Priority Playlists can be easily identified by the yellow icon displayed in multiple locations:
