Restrict player access to whitelisted IPs

In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to whitelist IP addresses within your Comeen space. By restricting access to authorized IP addresses, you can ensure that only approved networks have access to your displays and content, enhancing security for your digital signage solution.

Any attempt to display content on a screen or preview a playlist from an IP address not included in your list of authorized IPs will result in a message being displayed, indicating that the IP is not permitted.

Render example

    1. Navigate to the settings page

    2. Go to the "Authorized IP addresses" tab

    3. Click on "Add IP address"

    4. Enter the IP address and a descriptive name

    5. Enable IP whitelisting

    6. After reading the warning regarding IP whitelisting, click "Confirm"

    7. IP whitelisting has been successfully activated for your space and screens.
