Comeen Workplace offers an immersive experience directly integrated into Google Workspace.
Once your enterprise has deployed our Google Workspace Marketplace application, you're able to book a desk without leaving the tools you already know: Google Calendar and Gmail.
From our add-on in Google Calendar or Gmail, book your desk this week by choosing your building, your floor and your work area.
From Gmail or Calendar
On Gmail or Clanedar, if you do not have the side panel click here:

Click on the Comeen Workplace icon:

If you have never used the add-on follow the on-boarding.
Click on "Come to the office":

Your company can define a maximum number of days in the office per week, if this is the case and you exceed this number you will get this message:

Select the date of your visit, the building, the floor and the Area and click on "Book":

Select the equipment you need and click on "Find a desk automatically" or "Select a desk from the map":
If you click on "Find a desk automatically" you will be assigned a desk corresponding to your criteria (location and equipment).
If you click on "Select a desk from the map" you will see a floor plan appears as a pop-up page:
To book a desk, just click on one of the green desks.
You can look for other locations by changing the settings at the right top corner.
You can activate or switch off criteria at the bottom of the screen to view less or more information.
When placing your cursor on a desk, you will see its information:
Your desk has been booked:
You can now check-in when on site from your Comeen Workplace add-on
You can also locate your desk by clicking on "Locate":

A pop-up window opens with the location of your desk on the map (shown with a pulsating green circle):
