Comeen Workplace offers an immersive experience directly integrated in Google Workspace.
Once your enterprise have deploy our Google Workspace Marketplace application, you're able to plan your days of attendance without leaving the tools you already know: Google Calendar and Gmail.
From our add-on in Google Calendar or Gmail, plan your days of attendance this week by choosing your building, your floor and your work area.
From Gmail or Calendar
On Gmail or Calendar, if you do not have the side panel click here at the bottom right of your scree, below the scroll bar:
Click on the Comeen icon:
If you have never used the add-on follow the on-boarding.
Once the onboarding is finished, click on "Plan your in-office days":
Select the date of your visit, the building, the floor and the Area and click on "Book":
Select an equipment (if available and needed) and either let us find you a desk or pick it from the map, unless you don't need a desk and just booked a presence.
When you arrive at the office, don't forget to Check-In:
Warning: Your company can define a maximum number of days in the office per week. If you reach it, you won't be able to book more for the current week.
