How to Add Content to Your Playlists

Playlists in Comeen allow you to organize and showcase various types of content seamlessly. Whether you're managing a digital signage display or curating multimedia presentations, adding content to your playlist is simple and efficient. This guide will walk you through the two main options for adding content to your playlist, ensuring you can choose the one that best suits your workflow.

1. Navigate to your playlist in the Comeen dashboard.

2. Click the “Add Content” button.

3. A menu will appear, select the content you wish to add.

   Here is a list of content you can add to your playlist. You can check out the rest of content list at the end of the article.
   
   • Event: Show your upcoming events.
   • Image : Display one or multiple images at once. We have 3 options where you can choose an image from.
     1. File Library
     2. Google Integration
     3. Microsoft Integration
   • Kiosk : Show pdf, images, and videos from an interactive kiosk.
   • Message: Broadcast relevant messages to your viewers.
   • PDF: Show various PDFs.
   • QRCode: Share a QRcode URL for viewers to scan.
   • Template : Display one of your templates that you created using the Designer.
   • Today : Display the current date and time.
   • Video: Broadcast a video. We have 3 options where you can choose a video from.

   • Weather : Show the weather in your current or a predefined location.
   • Website : Share a Secure URL from a website

4. Complete the required fields in the form, such as:

   • Content name

   • Media file or URL

   • Display time

5. Once all fields are filled, click "Save" .

6. After saving, the content will be automatically added to your playlist. You can preview it and adjust its position if needed.
