User groups simplify access rights management.
When a user is part of a group, they inherit the access rights associated with that group and gain access to its resources, such as Marketing, Internal Communication, and South West Region, for example.
1. Firstly, to create a new User Group, navigate to the "User Group" page as shown below.
2. Click on "Create"
3. Enter user group informations (icon, name and color), and add users to this group. You will be able edit this group later in order to add users.
4. Click on "Save"
