Create your different buildings which will be managed in flex office. You will be able to analyze the use of your buildings based on the presence of your teams.
If your buildings are on Google Workspace, you just have to import them following this documentation.
Click on the Buildings tab and on "New":
Fill in the information of your building:
Enter the capacity of the building: Corresponds to the total capacity of people (visitors + employees) that the building can accommodate.
Enter the Authorized Threshold: is the percentage of occupancy (visitors + employees) that you allow in the building at the same time.
Warning: If the gauge reaches the maximum, the declarations of arrival and the desk bookings will be blocked.
Activate the flex office if you want to use it and add link of Desks Google Sheets:
