Definitions

Player: A specialized computer that connects to your chosen display device, whether it's a television or monitor, and plays the content generated through Comeen Play. If you want to know more, you can read this documentation article.

Screen Soc: A professional screen that includes an embedded player.

To deploy Comeen Play, you need either a player with a screen or a SoC screen.

STEP 1: Choose a player

→ Option 1: You already have a SoC screen or a player

First, verify that it is in our list of recommended players for digital signage or that it meets the minimum compatible version depending on the operating system :

Windows >10
Android >8.1
Tizen (Samsung screens) >6

If it is compatible, you can go directly to this step.

Step 1: Identify the operating system that meets your needs

Our solution is compatible with Chrome OS, Windows, Samsung SSSP (Tizen OS), and Android. However, the features may vary depending on each operating system's capabilities and restrictions.

Therefore, you must make the right choice according to your requirements.

Step 2: Identify compatible hardware

Once you have chosen the operating system, you need to select the hardware you will use.

For this, you can consult the list of recommended hardware according to your operating system:

Step 2: Install Comeen Play

Once you have chosen the hardware, you now need to install the Comeen Play app on your player. To do so, follow the installation documentation according to your player:

Step 3: Access the platform

If your organization is already a customer, contact the person in charge of digital signage internally or contact us via the chat at the bottom right.

If you already have a space created you can skip this step; otherwise, you can create one here

Once your account is created, you will receive an email with the access link to the platform and your login details.

After logging in to Comeen Play, you will be taken to your space's homepage.

Step 4: Associate your first screen

Now that the Comeen application is installed and properly configured, it should display an association code when it's first launched. Use this code to associate your first screen on your space and start broadcasting content.
