Content Variable Parameter

Do you need to reuse a template multiple times with different values? You've come to the right place.

By default, texts, images, and videos added to the template are static. This means that every time the template is added to a playlist, the display remains the same. If you want to change the content on the template, you'll have to go back to our designer interface to edit it manually.

However, if you're looking for something more flexible and dynamic, content settings are the way to go. With content settings, you can create an overarching template design and customize specific elements for each release on every playlist.

In this example, several elements are customizable: the employee's photo, name and job title.

On the contrary, the company logo, the background, the static text but also the size, the color and the font of elements are fixed.

To make an item customizable, select an element and use Content Settings tab in the properties panel

Content settings parameters can be used with text, image, video, QR Code, URL and GSlides!

You will have to provide a title for the property (use a name that describes the value), as well as a default value.

Now, when you add this Template to a Playlist, Content Parameter items can be modified (and the modifications will apply only in this instance of the Template).
