Deploying Comeen Workplace on Microsoft 365 environment is easy and quick. It only takes a few minutes and employees don't have to do anything to get it. They will be automatically equipped and will have access to it via a Microsoft Teams App.

Click on the tab Teams apps

Select the option Manage apps

Then click on the search bar indicated by the arrow below
Type in the search bar Comeen
Select the one app named Comeen
When an app is selected, you can allow it on your Microsoft space by clicking on Allow (the button above). Do it for Comeen.

Therefore, when you have clicked on Allow

Click again on the drop-down menu Teams apps and select the tab Setup policies

Create a new policy if needed or just use the Global (Org-wide default) that includes the whole company as mentioned

Click on the policy that will be concerned by Comeen's deployment - in this case click on Global (Org-wide default)
When you're on the Setup policies page

Click on Add apps

Type Comeen in the search bar and add Comeen

Finish by clicking on the bottom button Add
Now you should see Comeen as an Installed app (as illustrated below)
To go further, pin Comeen app into your colleagues' Microsoft Teams

Click on Add apps

Type Comeen in the search bar and add the first one

Finish by clicking on the bottom button Add
Below is what you should now see - Comeen app has been pinned to the Teams app bar.
Do not forget to save your changes by clicking on the button Save
Meanwhile, your colleagues will get a notification inside their Microsoft Teams app to inform them they have just been equipped with Comeen Teams app.
