Manage your Content

Comeen allows you to create, manage, and modify engaging content playlists for your digital signage. This guide will walk you through how to effectively manage the content within your playlists, ensuring seamless updates and organization for your displays. Whether you need to plan individual content, duplicate existing files, or manage entire playlists, this article covers all the essential tools and options available.

Managing Content

1. Navigate to one of your playlists where you’ve already added content.
2. Click the three dots icon.

3. Here, you’ll find the following options:

   • Edit: Redirects you to the content creation page, where you can adjust the content’s settings as needed.

   • Duplicate: Creates a copy of the selected content, making it easy to reuse or adapt. You will notice copy has been added to the end of the name to signify it's a duplicate.

   • Delete: Permanently removes the content.

4. The three dots icon next to the "Edit" option applies to the entire playlist. You will find several options:

   • Enable or disable all content within the playlist based on your broadcasting needs.

   • Import content directly from another playlist.

   • Delete multiple contents simultaneously.
