Comeen offers an immersive experience directly integrated to Microsoft Teams.
Once your company has deployed our Microsoft Marketplace application, you're able to plan your days of attendance without leaving the tool you already know: Microsoft Teams
From our Microsoft Teams add-in, plan your days of attendance by choosing your building, your floor and your work area. See your colleagues' schedule and book a desk according to specific criteria.
Once your admin has deployed our Microsoft App on your domain, you'll get this notification:
Open it to discover our Comeen add-in for Microsoft Teams:
First recommended step : edit your teammates list:
Type your colleagues name and select them from the list to add them. Thus you'll be able to see their schedule for the one you added:
Once done, you'll be able to see :
which of them are coming today (My teammates at the office today)
where they will be seated if they booked a desk
their weekly schedule
You can now declare your presence for the next days, click on New booking:
Select the date of your visit.
Select your work activity, your presence slot, the building, the floor and the work area.
Choose (or not) equipment and office extras.
Then click on Book a desk:
Comeen will automatically associate your new booking to the existing possibilities and desks. Thus, you'll be able to clearly see your booking for each day and their details.
Now that you set up your Comeen App, you can:
check-in to confirm your presence declaration
see where your desk is located
check your schedule for the current or next weeks
You can check out your presence to release the options associated with it (desk, equipment, office extras) and of course you can also cancel any booking.
Last thing, Comeen also provides users with a chat bot that allows you to check-in or cancel your presences as long as other commands presented below:
