Welcome to Comeen's Visitors Management application, designed to streamline the visitor check-in process with a personalized kiosk experience. This guide will walk you through the steps of setting up the kiosk on a Windows PC using the web application and enabling badge printing via USB.
Step 1: Set Up Your Kiosk in Comeen
Create a Kiosk in Comeen Workplace's Admin: Navigate to the building menu, select "Kiosks," and click "New."
Configure Settings: Choose a logo, name, theme, and check-in options for your kiosk.

Step 2: Display your Kiosk
Option A: Access the Comeen Kiosk Web Application
Open Your Browser: On your Windows PC, open your preferred web browser.
Visit the Comeen Kiosk URL: Go to https://kiosk.comeen.io/.
Enter Your Pairing Code: Input the kiosk pairing code from Comeen Workplace's admin to connect to the kiosk.
Option B: Display your kiosk with Comeen Play
Create a playlist in Comeen Play and include web content.
Use the following URL as the web content: https://kiosk.comeen.io/. More information on displaying web content.Link your screen to the playlist. More information on linking a screen to a playlist.
Once displayed, input the kiosk pairing code from Comeen Workplace's admin to connect to the kiosk.
Step 3: Badge Printing via USB
Connect the Printer: Ensure your printer is plugged into the PC via USB and powered on.
Install Printer Drivers: Follow the manufacturer's instructions to install the necessary drivers on your PC.
