Connect on your space

Go to Settings > Kiosk and click on Kiosk themes:

Click on Create a theme:

Choose the theme name and the colors you want to use:

Click on Save.

Your theme has been added to the list of themes, you can edit or delete it from Actions:

Go to Settings > Kiosk and click on Kiosk profiles:

Click on Create a profil:

Choose Onboarding welcome and end text, choose Offboarding text:

Click on Save.

Your Profile has been added to the list of Profile's, you can edit or delete it from Actions:

To create a kiosk you first need a building. If you don't have a building yet, follow this documentation.

Click on the building in which you wish to create the kiosk:

In your building menu click on Kiosks then on New:

Choose a logo, name for your kiosk and select your kiosk theme and profiles:

Define the Check-in options.

You can also associate your kiosk with a badge printer and manage it from here.
If you would like to use a printer to print badges, please read the following documentation.

You can edit the check-in instructions that will be sent by mail to your visitors before they come to your office:

Once you fulfilled your kiosk's information, click on Finish to create it.

Your kiosk is now ready for use.
