With this feature, we allow administrators to manage attendance themselves when they need to close a floor or cancel a user's attendance. Available in the Building's and the Users' sections, they will help you manage and keep an eye on your users' presences and get insights on your buildings' use.
There are two ways to access this functionnality, you can either do it from the Building's section or from a user's profile.
Method from one of your buildings:
Go to the Buildings section and click on the attendance tab.
Select the dates and the building's stage to get the presence data associated to them.
Select either all the presences matching these criteria
or select one (or several) specific presence(s).
Then click on cancel or on move according to what you want to do with these presences.
If you click on cancel this will result in deleting the selected presences.
As an administrator, you get a confirmation notification at the right bottom of your screen
The user(s) concerned by this modification will get a notification on their chatbot application :
If you click on move you will be able to move the selected presences to another building and if needed at a specific stage and in a certain area.
Method from the Users section:
Go to your Users section and click on the Listing tab. In your users list, select the user concerned by the presence modification.
Then select your data criteria for this specific user (dates, building and building stage).
As for the first method you can either cancel or move the presence(s) selected. The user will get the same notification as in the first method.
