To provide a seamless experience for your collaborators once they arrived at the office, we recommend you to print desk labels and place it on every desk.
It's a great way to easily identify your desks, let your collaborators do their check-in or even book a desk directly by scanning the QR code from the label.
Depending on the printer you own and the paper you want to use, the look of your labels may be slightly different.
Here is an example:
At Comeen, we like to provide any resources that help you deploy our platform in no time, at scale.
Follow this documentation to create your labels. 🙂
Export you desks list from Comeen dashboard
Go to Comeen dashboard, select your building, and access the Desks tab.
Then, click on the "Download CSV" button:
This will generate a CSV file with all your desks information.
Print your labels with a professional printer
Using a professional (thermal) printer is highly recommended.
For now, we recommend those printers:
-
all DYMO LabelWriter product range (aside the DYMO LabelWriter 450 Duo), this one for instance.
Since your labels will be placed on desks, it needs to be tear and solvent resistant, so it won't be affected by office life (collaborators, cleaning products).
We don't recommend to use paper based labels!
For now, we recommend those labels:
-
all DYMO LW Durable Industrial Labels for LabelWriter, those ones for instance.
