Introduction
Comeen helps you with the entire meeting room management process with many features.
We offer a Kiosk application that allows your employees to confirm meetings and to book on-the-fly meetings.
Step 1: Set up Guided Access
Guided Access restricting iPad to a single app, and allowing you to control which app features are available. You can do any of the following:
Disable areas of the screen that aren’t relevant.
Disable the iPad hardware buttons
Disable exiting the app
To do this
Open Ipad Settings, go to Accessibility > Guided Access:
Activate Guided Access:
And define your password:
Step 2: Set up your meeting rooms into Comeen Workplace
Step 3: Install our iOS app for meeting room management
Go to the App Store.
Type Comeen in the search bar and download the app shown below:
Once downloaded, open the app
You will see this screen appear, click on Begin Installation:
Click on Next once the needed permissions given:
Select the mode Signage and click on Next:
Click on Finish
Use the pairing code that appears on the screen to associate it as a display in Comeen Play
Then follow the two first steps of this documentation :
Create a playlist and add Comeen Rooms content then link this playlist to your new display
Once done, you will see appear on your device the following screen. Click on the building where your meeting room is located.
Select the meeting room that will be associated with this device and click on Confirm
Then you will see appear on the screen our meeting room management panel associated to this specific resource.
Step 4 : Activate the guided access to lock the iPad on our app
To do so, just triple-click on the Top button.
