Roomzilla is a meeting room reservation system which has mere integrations with calendar systems supported by Google, Outlook, Office 365 and Exchange. It helps users schedule and manage their office space, including conference rooms and office equipment.

Roomzilla also supports API integration, reports and an approval queue.

It is another external tool at the opposite of Rooms.

It doesn't provide an automatic workflow to release rooms when unused, it must be done manually.

Evoko offers a cloud based room manager (Naso room) and a self-hosted room manager (Liso room) that comes with displays provided by Evoko.

It is similar to our offer Meeting room monitor (booking displays with schedule information) but it doesn't cover the other features Rooms proposes such as the automatic release, signage display and mobile use.
