Define rules on user locations

To regulate and better manage your buildings, you can define several location rules for your users:

Recommended locations: users will have these locations highlighted and pre-selected

Blocked locations: users won't see these locations

Enforced locations: users will only see these locations

Exclusive locations: only these users will see these locations

When booking, the user will be able to see the buldings defined according to your rules:

To customize your presence rules, go to your admin dashboard:

Click on Settings then select Presences:

Click on Rules:

Click on the button +New:

You'll get on that page on which can be decided the settings concerning the hybrid office rules:

You can chose rules locations for all the users or for peculiar groups:

You are also able to select an end date for your presence rule if you want to apply it on a certain period:

Such as the groups, you can select via a drop down menu which building/location you want to recommend, blocked, enforce, or to make exclusive:

Once your rules are defined click on save:
