Google Workspace - Install Comeen Workplace add-on on Domain or Organizational Units

The Comeen Workplace add-on enhances your Google Workspace with seamless integration, allowing you to manage workplace activities efficiently. This guide will help you install the add-on across your entire Google Workspace domain or specific organizational units (OUs) and groups.

Steps to Install the Comeen Workplace Add-on

  1. Begin by logging into your Google Admin Console.

  2. From the left-hand menu, select "Apps"

  3. Click on "Google Workplace Marketplace apps" and then choose "Apps list."

  4. Click on the "ALLOWLIST APP" button.

  5. In the search bar, type "Comeen" and select Comeen Workplace.

  6. Choose the option Allow users to install this app and click on CONTINUE.

  7. Decide whether to make the app available to everyone or to specific groups/organizational units. Once selected, click on FINISH.

  8. After allowing users, click on INSTALL APP.

  9. In the search bar, type "Comeen" again, and then click on Comeen Workplace.

  10. Click on "Admin Install"

  11. Click on "Continue":

  12. For this step you have two choices:

    • Everyone at your organization (The application will be added to all users of the domain).

    • Certain groups or organizational units(The application will be added to all users of the OU or groups).

Reminder: you have to agree to the terms of service and privacy policy.

13. If you choose "Certain groups or organizational units", select your groups or organizational units:

14. Click on "FINISH":

By completing these steps, the Comeen Workplace add-on will be successfully installed and available for the designated users within your Google Workspace domain .
