This article explains how to easily broadcast a playlist across one or more screens using two different methods. Whether you're managing individual screens or screen groups, this guide will walk you through the necessary steps to get your playlist playing.
Option 1: Broadcasting from a Playlist
Start by selecting the playlist you want to broadcast.
Click on the "Target Screens" tab to configure where your playlist will be played.
Depending on your preference:
Click Add below Displays to select individual screens.
Click Add below Displays Groups to select a group of screens.
Once you've added the desired screens or screen groups, the playlist will automatically start playing on those screens
Option 2: Broadcasting from a Screen or Group of Screens
Navigate to the settings of the screen(s) or screen group(s) where you want the playlist to be broadcast.
Click on the "Playlists" tab to configure the playlist for this screen or group
Choose Your Method:
Linked Directly: Select individual screens where the playlist will be broadcast.
Linked Through Groups: Link the screen to a group of displays, associating it with a playlist.
Select the playlist(s) you wish to broadcast to those screens.
Click Add to assign the playlist to the screen or group
