Add a Display to a Screen Group

This guide explains how to add a screen to a group of screens, a feature that allows you to efficiently manage and broadcast playlists across multiple displays. By grouping screens, you can ensure consistent messaging and streamline content updates.

Steps to Add a Screen to a Group

  1. Log in to your Comeen account.

  2. Go to the "Displays" page.

  3. From the list of available screens, select the one you want to manage.

  4. After selecting your screen, navigate to the "Screen Groups" tab.

  5. In the "Screen Groups" tab, click on the "Add" button.

  6. A list of available screen groups will appear.

  7. Choose the group(s) you want your screen to join.

  8. Click "Add" to confirm your selection.

Automatic Playlist Broadcasting

Once the screen is added to a group, it will automatically start broadcasting the playlists assigned to that group. This seamless integration ensures that your content is displayed consistently across all screens in the group without requiring additional steps.
