Comeen allows you to display Google Slides on your digital signage screens while preserving animations and animated GIFs. This ensures a dynamic and engaging visual experience for your audience.
⚠️ Warning: Please note that if your screen loses connection, the Google Slides using the Live version will become inaccessible.
Broadcasting Google Slides with Animations
Navigate to your playlist and click + Add Content.
Choose Google Workspace, then Google Slides.
From here, you will have two options.
Option 1: Google account connected to Comeen
Use the Broadcast live version tab, and select “ Use a Google Account ”
Select your account in the dropdown list, then choose your Google Slides document by clicking on Select a Google Slide from Google Drive.
Select your Google Slides file and click Save.
Option 2: Without a Google account connected to Comeen Play
If you don't have a Google Account connected to Comeen, you can also use the option to share your Google Slides as read-only with [email protected].
Open the Google Slides document you wish to distribute and click on “ To Share ”
Add [email protected] as a read-only member.
Go back to your Google Slides content on Comeen Play, and select the “ Use [email protected] ” option inside the “ Broadcast live version ” tab.
Finally, paste the link to your Google Slides and click Save.
⚠️ Warning: If your Google Slides include a video, the slide duration must match the video duration; otherwise, it won't play until the end.
Your Google Slides will start playing on your screen within a few minutes!
Please note: Every time you update your Google Slides, it will take a few minutes to synchronize to your screens.
