Google Workspace Marketplace is a great way to deploy an application that extends Google Workspace easily and quickly.
Our integration with Google Workspace consists of:
a Google Calendar add-on, allowing desk booking and visitor pre-registration
a Google Chat bot, enabling notifications for desk and room bookings, as well as visitors.
Before deploying our applications, you'll probably have some questions about the data we collect and how we use it in our product.

To be deployed in your company, your Google administrator needs to accept the following scopes from Google:
Google Calendar: See and edit the events you open in Google Calendar
Why do we need this scope?
There is a functionality in Comeen called Comeen Visitors. It lets you, from Google Calendar, pre-register external visitors that you will meet at the office, such as specifying the building, entrance, and check-in instructions.
In order to access the guest list of your event, we need to read it. Once you choose to use Comeen Visitors on an event, we need to store private metadata that lets us know the event has registered external visitors. This is why we also need Edit right.

We need this scope to use the right language and timezone in our Google Calendar/Gmail add-on and Google Chat bot.
Connected user: See your primary Google Account email address
Why do we need this scope?
We need this scope to synchronise the end-user email address.
Connected user: See your personal info, including any personal info you've made publicly available
