In Comeen Play, you have two options to broadcast an Excel document:
Import from OneDrive: Allows you to import your Excel directly from your OneDrive. When it is modified from OneDrive it will automatically update on Comeen Play.
Please note: To use this option you will need to connect your Microsoft account.
Add from Comeen Play Library: Allows you to import your static Excel files from the Comeen Play library.
You will find the Excel content by clicking on "Add content" in your playlist
Option 1: Add from your Library
1. Into the "Library" tab, click on "Choose from the Library".
2. Select the Excel of your choice and click on "Choose".
3. Finally, click on "Save".
Option 2: Import from OneDrive
1. Into the "OneDrive" tab, click on "Excel document from OneDrive"
2. A pop-up opens, select your Excel and click on "Select"
3. Finally, click on "Save".
Customize how your Excel file is displayed on Comeen
When broadcasting an Excel file from OneDrive, you can control exactly how each sheet is rendered on Comeen.
Define the displayed area (Print Area)
By default, Comeen will display the entire sheet the same way it is displayed when you export your Excel file from OneDrive as a PDF.
To restrict the visible content to a specific section, open your Excel file on OneDrive and:
Select the range of cells you want to display
Go to Page Layout
Click Print Area and Select Set Print Area
Click on "Page Setup"
The page setup shown in this preview will be displayed in Comeen exactly as it appears here. You can adjust the different settings to control how it is rendered in Comeen. Typically, the "Scaling" setting is the one you will want to modify by selecting "Fit sheet on one page".
Control which sheets are displayed
⚠️ All sheets in your Excel file are displayed by default.
To prevent certain sheets from being broadcast on Comeen, you need to hide them directly in Excel:
Right-click on the sheet tab
Click Hide
Only visible sheets will be included in the broadcast.
