You can reset your Comeen Play password in two different ways, depending on whether you are currently logged in or have forgotten your password and are logged out.
If you’re already logged in
Click on your name (bottom-left corner).
Choose Edit my profile.
In the Password section, enter your current password and your new password.
Click Save.
Once saved, your new password is active immediately.
If you’re logged out / you forgot your password
On the tenant login page, click I forgot my password, or open:
https://login.new.play.comeen.com/password-recoverEnter the email address you use for your Comeen Play account and click on "Send".
Check your inbox for the password-reset email and follow the link to choose a new password.
If you don’t get the email: check your Spam/Junk folder and any mail filters. If the link expired, repeat the password-recovery request to receive a new link.
Notes & troubleshooting
If your account is managed by your company’s Single Sign-On (SSO) provider (Google, Microsoft, or other), passwords are managed by that provider: use the SSO sign-in option or contact your IT team.
If you still can’t reset your password, contact your tenant administrator.
