This article explains how to configure a Crestron TSS-760 touch screen to run Comeen Play, using a laptop for the setup and the touch screen's EMS application mode.
Prerequisites
⚠️ Comeen requires firmware 3.002.1061 or later. Please download this file and perform the upgrade if that's not already the case: tsw-xx60_3.002.1061.001.puf
Access to your Comeen Play account (login.new.play.comeen.com).
The touch screen on the same network as the laptop used for configuration.
Steps
1. Access the touch screen interface via laptop
Hold five fingers on the display for 15 seconds to access the setup screens.
Locate the IP address shown on the Setup screen.
Enter this IP address into a web browser on a laptop connected to the same network as the device to access the web configuration interface.
2. Configure the touch screen settings
Create an admin account following the on-screen prompts.
Go to the date/time settings and check they are accurate.
Add an NTP time server, for example
http://time.google.com/.Review the remaining settings, then select Save Changes from the Action menu.
4. Install the Comeen application
Go to the Application section in Settings.
Set the application mode to EMS.
Enter this URL:

Follow the installation prompts and restart the touch screen.
Check that the Comeen application launches automatically.
5. Associate the touch screen with your Comeen account
When the Comeen application starts, you should be prompt with pairing codes. If the display is North or South America, use the US code. If the display is in Europe or any other continent, use the EU code.
Log in at login.new.play.comeen.com.
Go to Displays and select Associate a player.
Enter the code displayed on the touch screen to complete the pairing.
