Introduction

In order to release unnecessary room bookings as soon as possible, we implemented a way to send users a notification in the morning with all their bookings of the day.

This feature increases the impact of our room release module, as the user can release the rooms in the morning rather than just a few minutes before the meeting.

Implementation

1. Go to your admin dashboard.
2. Go to Settings > Meeting Rooms.
3. Active Summary notifications.
4. Select the hour at which the notification is sent.
5. Choose if you enable the confirmation button from the notification (besides the release button).

• Chat notification
• On the set up time, users receive a notification listing the upcoming meeting room bookings of the current day
• From the notification, they can release each booking individually
• If enabled, users can confirm each booking individually
