Screen monitoring alerts provide timely notifications if a screen or group of screens disconnects. By customizing alert settings such as notification timing and disconnection delay, you can maintain uninterrupted content delivery and quickly address any technical issues.
This guide explains how to set up and configure screen monitoring alerts to ensure you're always informed about the status of your screens.
Configuring Screen Monitoring Alerts
-
Log in to your Comeen space.
-
Go to the Settings page.
-
In the Settings menu, click on the Monitoring Alerts tab.
-
Click the Create Alert button.
-
Fill in the following fields:
-
Alert Name: Provide a descriptive name for the alert (e.g., "Main Lobby Screens Alert").
-
Emails to Notify: List the email addresses that will receive the alert notifications.
-
Language: Select the preferred language for notifications.
-
Alert Type: Choose Screen Offline Status.
-
-
By default, the alert applies to all screens. To monitor a specific group, select the Display Groups tab and choose the relevant group.
-
Configure the delay (e.g., 5 minutes) before an alert is sent when a screen goes offline.
-
Choose one of the following options:
-
All Day: Monitors screens 24/7.
-
Hour Range: Sends alerts only during specified hours.
-
Not in Sleep Mode: Monitors screens at all times except during sleep mode.
-
-
Once all details are configured, click Save.
From now on, you’ll receive email notifications, like the example below, whenever a screen goes offline and matches your alert criteria.
