You are now able to draw and place your meeting rooms on your floor-plan to make their availability and location visible to your employees.
Once this option set up, the users can see from the My Comeen interface, the status of meeting rooms and their characteristics.
To implement this feature, you need to have created first :
- a building
- a floor
- a meeting room
Once done, go to your admin dashboard and in the buildings section. Click on the building where the meeting room you want to draw is located. Then click on the tab Floors and on the button Meeting Rooms from the floor where is located the room.
Click on Add Room.
Select the room you want to draw.
Then click to draw the points that compose the zone occupied by this meeting room and click on Finish.
Note : To withdraw a point, right-click on it.
Your room is now placed on the map and will be visible to the users when looking at the map.
