Restrict Player Access to Whitelisted IPs only

This guide will help you understand how to restrict access to your digital signage players by using whitelisted IP addresses. By implementing IP whitelisting, you can safeguard your content and displays from unauthorized access.

This feature is especially useful for organizations that want to ensure only devices connected to their trusted networks can access their Players.

How to restrict access to only Whitelisted IPs

1. Log in to your Comeen space.

2. Access the Settings section from the main menu.

3. In the Settings menu, select the Authorized IP Addresses tab.

4. Click on the Add IP Address button.

5. Enter the IP address you want to authorize.

6. Provide a descriptive name for the IP address (e.g., "Office Network").

7. Locate the option to enable IP whitelisting.

8. Review the warning message that appears, which explains the implications of activating this feature.

9. Click Confirm.
