Introduction
Generating accurate subtitles for your videos enhances accessibility and viewer engagement. With Comeen, you can easily create AI-generated subtitles, either from your video library or directly from a playlist.
Step 1: Access to subtitles
Option 1: From the library
1. If your video is not yet uploaded to the library, click the "Upload" button:
2. Once uploaded, click the three dots button next to your video and select Subtitles:
Option 2: Access to subtitles from the playlist
If your video is already in a playlist, you can also access subtitles from there
1. Navigate to the playlist and click on the video content:
2. Click on Configure subtitles:
Step 2: Generate your subtitles
1. Click on Add subtitles:
2. Choose "Generate with AI" and specify the language spoken in the video:
3. Input any specific vocabulary (e.g., brand names, technical terms) that the AI may not recognize:
4. Click "Generate" and wait for the subtitles to be created.
5. You can check and edit generated subtitles by clicking the "edit" button:
5. Once the subtitles are generated, ensure they are enabled when adding the video to a playlist
3. Translate your subtitles
Once the subtitles of the original spoken language have been generated, you can simply add subtitles for any desired language
1. Click on "Add subtitles"
2. Select the desired language and click "Save"
3. Set your translated subtitles as default by clicking on the three dots button and selecting "set as default" option
4. (OPTIONAL) Add global vocabulary
If certain terms, such as your company name or product names, appear in multiple videos, you can add them globally to avoid entering them each time you generate subtitles.
1. Go to the "Settings" page.
2. Under the "Subtitles" tab, add your global vocabulary and click "Save."
