Create Preset Templates

A Manager space can create preset templates for other spaces within an Organization. This allows for template uniformity across an entire organization without having to recreate a template in each space.

Prerequisites:

• Your space needs to be a part of an organization on Comeen.
• Create a template to save a step.

Create Preset Templates for other Spaces

1. Log in to the Manager Space of your organization.
2. Click the Designer Tab.
3. Click on Template Preset, then click + New Preset. If you can't see the "Template preset" tab, please reach out to our support or your Comeen Rep.
4. Configure the Preset Template. Make sure to add the other spaces to the Authorized Spaces section. Click Save.
5. You can now see the preset template.
6. Now create or add a template for the other spaces.

View Template in Member Space

1. Login to the Member space.
2. Go to Designer.
3. Click + New Template.
4. Configure the new template.
5. Once you Save, you will be prompted to add or create a template from scratch. There you will see the Name of the Organization as a template folder. All preset templates will be stored there.
6. Select the template to begin designing.
