To enable advanced user management and effective partitioning of your space, Comeen Play offers several levels of user management.
Go to the Settings section and click on Roles to create a new one.
Roles
Roles allow you to define user permissions.
Permissions define the right to perform an action or not.
Example with the management of playlists
There are two basic roles on Comeen Play:
Administrator: All permissions will be granted and users with this role can access all resources.
Standard: 92 permissions will be granted and users will only be able to access authorised resources
You can modify these roles at any time or create your own: Manage rights with user roles
When a user is created, you can assign the role of your choice.
Access rights
Access rights allow you to manage access to different resources (screens, playlists, news feeds, folders, widgets...).
When creating a resource, a "Access rights" field allows you to select the people or groups of people who have access to this resource.
By default the access right is given to everyone:

You can add multiple people and groups to the same resource:
User groups
User groups allow you to define access rights more easily.
A user belonging to a group will automatically have the access rights of that group.
Example of groups: Marketing, Internal Communication, South West Region
To create a user group you can follow the documentation: Create an user Group
