Your ChomeOS device requires a Chrome Enterprise Upgrade or a or Kiosk & Signage Upgrade.

Indeed, each ChromeOS device needs to be enrolled on a Google Admin conlsole in order to take advantage of the ChromeOS kiosk mode and to monitor it.

Setup ChromeOS kiosk mode from the Google Admin console

If you have your own Google domain, you will have to create a UO dedicated to digital signage players.
