To replace a player, several cases are possible:

The replacement player is already associated with your platform

The replacement player is not yet associated with your platform
The replacement player is already associated to your platform
Go to the Players tab > Replacement :
Select the original player and the replacement player and click on Perform Replacement:
The replacement player is not yet associated with your platform
To start, plug in the new player and launch Comeen Play.
Go to the Displays tab and click on the display associated with the player.
In the Hardware and Operating System section click on Dissociate:
The display and the player are now separated.
You can now associate the new player by clicking on Associate :
Enter the association code displayed on the new player.
