Comeen's template creation tool allows you to design professional visuals for your brand. You can customize every element, including text, logos, videos, shapes, and QR codes, ensuring your content remains engaging and aligned with your brand image. This flexibility empowers you to create a consistent and captivating presence across all media.
Prerequisites
- Save all Images and Video files to the Library .
- Create Data sources that will be used.
- Connect your Google account.
Creating a Template from Scratch

Navigate to the 'Designer' tab in your dashboard.

Click on the 'New Template' button.

Fill in the required fields:

Name: Choose a descriptive name for your template.

Dimensions: Specify the dimensions to fit your intended use.

Access Rights: Define who can edit or view the template.

Once complete, click 'Save' to proceed.

After saving, you'll gain access to the template library.

Select Start from Scratch.
-
Now you will arrive at a blank page. You can edit the Background color and size on the Properties Panel . Now you can begin selecting features you wish to add to the template.

- The Layers Panel controls how each content is prioritized. The closer to the top, the more it will show vs. content that is closer to the bottom, which will be hidden behind high prioritized content.

Text : Add a text area to your presentation.

Image : Insert an image area to showcase visuals.

Video : Add a video area for dynamic media content.

GSlides : Integrate Google Slides into your presentation.

QrCode : Generate and display a QR Code.

The Properties Panel on the right-hand side is where you define the attributes and behaviors of the selected elements. It includes four key sections:

Define the content value (eg, Fixed, Parameter, Data source).

Set the visibility of the element based on conditions.

Click on the Text button in the tool bar. Click and drag in the creation zone to create a text box. Text can now be added in the box on the right-hand side.

Click on the Image button. Click and drag in the creation zone to add an image area. The thing an image from the Library. Check the Properties Panel to configure the image.

Click on the Video button. Click and drag in the creation zone to add a video area. The thing an video from the Library. Check the Properties Panel to configure the video.

Click on the Rectangle button. Click and drag in the creation zone to add a Rectangle area. Check the Properties Panel to configure the Rectangle .

Click on the Date/Time button. Click and drag in the creation zone to add a Date/Time area. Check the Properties Panel to configure Date and time formatting.

Click on the Web content button. Click and drag in the creation zone to add a Web content area. Check the Properties Panel to add the URL and set the refresh interval.

Click on the Gslides button. Click and drag in the creation zone to add a Gslides area. Check the Properties Panel to add the URL and set the slide duration.

Click on the QRcode button. Click and drag in the creation zone to add a QRcode area. Check the Properties Panel and enter the Data Type.

Click on the Chart button. Click and drag in the creation zone to add a Web content area. Check the Properties Panel to add the URL and set the refresh interval.

Click on the Weather button. Click and drag in the creation zone to add a Weather area. Check the Properties Panel to set the Address and weather settings.
