Go to support.comeen.com and click on "Submit a request":

Fill in the different elements of your ticket:

View these open tickets

Click on your profil and Requests:

You will find the list of all your requests:

If you have the rights you can also see all the requests of your organization:

When you click on one of your requests you can see the details of it:
