certif-wi.jpg

Welcome to Today's Integrator certification!πŸ‘‹

In order to confirm your ability to set-up and roll our feature Today, you will have to go through this certification and to pass the exam associated to it.

We thought it to help you improve your understanding of Today and to help you easily deploy our solution.

It is also a way for us to make sure our partnership starts on solid foundations and will last for long hopefully.

When you have read all the following documentation and feel confident enough about deploying Today on a potential customer's environment, go to the exam section.

You will have to organize a meeting with us as if we were your prospect. And then, just like with a lead, you will have to explain us how Today works and what are the different steps to implement Today.

Certification validity: 1 year

Certification ownership: a company can be certified when, at least, one employee is certified. If the employee leaves the company, the company has to retake certification in the two following months.

πŸ“– Detailed program

What you'll learn

Requirements

  • a Google Workspace tenant,

  • a Google Workspace account with admin rights on the Google Workspace tenant.

Program

  1. Read those resources:

  2. Deploy Today on your Google Workspace tenant

  3. Start using our Google Workspace Add-on from Google Calendar and Gmail

  4. When you're ready, go over The exam section

  5. Once you've validated the exam, go over the Announcement section

βš™οΈ Typical Today deployment process

Deploy our Google Workspace Add-on once your customer is ready. The add-on should be deployed in agreement with the communication plan that your customer uses. If they've announced the launch of Today on the 1st of February, the add-on should be deployed at this specific date.

Once the add-on is deployed, the end-user has a notification inside Google Calendar to inform him that Today has been deployed. This notification helps a lot for the product adoption. If you deploy Today before the end-user knows that our tool will be deployed (through the communication plan), he'll probably ignored it. That's not good for adoption.

Nevertheless, you can synchronise users through Google Groups at any time, at least 24h before deployment to be sure that everyone will have an account when you deploy the add-on. The user synchronisation doesn't notify the user.

Deployment

All the steps to deploy Today on a Google Workspace environment:

Once you feel ready, reach us by email.

We'll arrange a 30 minutes meeting.

During the exam you'll present us how you've setup Today on your Google Workspace tenant.

We'll ask questions, if we were a customer of you to understand how you will deploy Today on our tenant.

πŸš€ Announcement

Once you've succeeded in the exam, the last step of the program is to announce the certification on LinkedIn.

The announcement through your LinkedIn company page is mandatory. The certified person can also post the message with his own LinkedIn account. The more you communicate on the partnership, the more we'll both have visibility. πŸ™‚
