Synchronize Buildings from the Google Admin console

Warning: For this option you need to have management rights of the Buildings and resources part.

If you do not have these rights, you can create a Comeen Workplace account for someone who does.

Click on Settings > Integrations and "Google Workspace":

Click on "Sign in with Google" on :

Click on "Allow":


Return to the Buildings page and click on "Manage Google Workspace Buildings" again:

Select the buildings you wish to synchronize and click on "Save":

Click on "Confirm":

Your buildings have been added.

You can click on one of your buildings to change its settings:

Enter the capacity of the building: Corresponds to the total capacity of people (visitors + employees) that the building can accommodate.

Enter the Authorized Threshold: is the percentage of occupancy (visitors + employees) that you allow in the building at the same time.

Warning: If the gauge reaches the maximum, the declarations of arrival and the desk bookings will be blocked.
