🏢 Discover Comeen

We're Comeen, we create a seamless experience between people and workplaces.
We help companies improve their workplaces by enabling them to make their buildings flexible and by making internal communication more impactful.

Implementing hybrid work is hard, we make it easier. Comeen is built on top of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 because providing easy-to-deploy-and-to-use solutions is key for a good adoption.

Needs we cover at Comeen

Comeen is building an Enterprise-grade platform for today’s workplace environment.

On one hand, the company offers a digital signage solution for internal communication: Comeen Play. Broadcast content with 20+ integrations such as Google Slides, LumApps, Microsoft Powerpoint.
And on the other, a workplace management product for hybrid office: Comeen Workplace. Helping companies implement desk booking, improve meeting room experience and welcoming visitors.

The company has major customers worldwide such as Veolia, Nubank, Sanmina, Tier or Sanofi.

First of all, you need to understand what the hybrid work model is and why it's becoming the new norm.

At Comeen we develop two products: Comeen Play and Comeen Workplace.
Here is an overview:

  • Comeen Play allows you to display and manage contents on your screens anywhere in the world. We have over 60 integrations with the applications companies already use and it's very simple. You add your content and plan their distribution. Our solution ensures their update in real time.

  • Comeen Workplace - Today empowers employees to find the best days to come to the office, book a desk, seat next to their teammates, add office extras and manage work activity: all from used tools such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Slack.
    It is our office attendance management feature. Employees can see who's coming at the office and choose the best days to come. Companies can manage office capacity, define gauge and attendance rules such as min/max days at the office.
    It is also our desk booking feature and this is why you have a starter version of Today and a premium one.
    In its premium version, additionally to the previous functionalities, Today enables employees to book a desk and office extras in a defined area by selecting criteria. After declaring their presence, they can locate their desk for the day on a map and companies can keep track of these information.

  • Comeen Workplace - Rooms is our meeting room management feature. Google Workspace is great for booking meeting rooms but doesn't provide advanced features. Improve the meeting room experience: meeting room management but make it easy. Book and free-up meeting room in one-click from your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, visualize capacity, meeting room signage and automatic release from a chat (Google Chat, Meta Chat, Microsoft Teams, Slack).

  • Comeen Workplace - Visitors is our external visitors management feature.
    Employees can pre-register external visitors through our add-ons while using their daily tools such as Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook to welcome their guests.
    Visitors receive instructions to get to their office, and are able to register themselves on our kiosk app deployed in the lobby hall of their customers. The host receives an automatic notification when the visitor has checked-in. This will make a good first impression by streamlining processes.
    Besides, companies can access a digital visitor record book and keep track of all visitors at all time with visitor register.

Why resell Comeen?

Reselling Comeen is an easy way to bring values to your customers.

If you already resell SaaS products such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, it makes a lot of sense to add Workplace Management Platform to your product catalog.

If you alreday resell digital signage platforms, Comeen Play is the perfect fit for large enterprises looking to make thei internal communication more impactful.

If you alreday resell workplace management platforms, Comeen Workplace is the perfect fit for large enterprises looking to optimize the usage of their buildings.

Since hybrid work model is the new norm, every company will have to deploy tools like the ones we offer at Comeen.
We're the only tool that provides a Google Workspace add-on and a Microsoft Teams App. We have the product, you have the customers, together we can build a powerful relationship!

Why does a customer need a reseller?

Companies with only dozens of employees won't probably need a reseller to deploy Comeen, as they usually don't need a Google/Microsoft reseller to subscribe to Google Workspace/Microsoft 365.

Regarding larger entreprises, they will need a reseller for:

  • Showcasing the product and it's values

  • Helping them into deploying Comeen:

    • on IT side

    • on internal communication side

  • Training users

  • Ensuring support

As a reseller, you come with some advantages for your customers:

  • you have an already established relationship,

  • you become more or less the single point of contact for the customer's collaboration tools,

What are the different levels of certification?

As mentioned above, Comeen is composed of two products: Comeen Play and Comeen Workplace.

Those two products comes with several certifications, just pick the ones you need.

Meaning you'll have to pass the certification for every core feature you'd like to resell or integrate.
