Salesforce integration setup

To use the Salesforce Comeen integration, you must first create a connected app in Salesforce.

Here's how:

1. On Salesforce, click the gear icon in the top-right corner.

2. Then click on "Setup"

3. From the left-hand menu, select "Apps"

4. Next, click on "App Manager"

5. Click "New Connected App"

6. Fill in the first three fields in the initial section.

7. Check the box for "Enable OAuth Settings"

8. Enter the callback URL: https://api.comeen.xyz/oauth/callback/comen.salesforce, and add the following scopes:

  • Access unique user identifiers

  • Perform requests at any time

  • Access Analytics REST API resources

  • Manage user data via APIs

9. Click "Save" and then "Continue."

You will now see two client keys that must be entered into Comeen.

10. On the Comeen platform, navigate to the integrations page.

11. Click on "Connect account" at the upper right corner

12. Select "Salesforce"

13. Enter your client key and client secret, then click "Save"
