Salesforce integration setup

To use the Salesforce Comeen integration, you must first create a connected app in Salesforce.

Here's how:

1. On Salesforce, click the gear icon in the top-right corner.

2. Then click on "Setup"

3. From the left-hand menu, under "Apps" > "External Client Apps", select "External Client App Manager"

5. Click "New Connected App"

6. Fill in the first three fields in the initial section.

7. Then, check the box for "Enable OAuth"

9. Add the following scopes:

  • Access the identity URL service (id, profile, email, address, phone)

  • Perform requests at any time (refresh_token, offline_access)

  • Manage user data via APIs (api)

  • Manage user data via Web browsers (web)

10. In the Security section, uncheck everything.

11. Click "Save".

12. In your app settings, click on "Consumer Key and Secret"

You will now see two Consumer keys that must be entered into Comeen.

12. On the Comeen platform, navigate to the integrations page.

13. Click on "Connect account" at the upper right corner

14. Select "Salesforce"

15. Enter your consumer key and consumer secret, then click "Save"
