Create your Kiosk
Step 1 - Create a kiosk theme (OPTIONAL)
Kiosk themes are used to customize themes' colors of your kiosks. You can create as many themes as you want and assign them to kiosks.
Connect to your Comeen's tenant
Go to Settings > Kiosk and click on Kiosk themes:
Click on Create a theme:
Choose the theme name and the colors you want to use:
Click on Save.
Your theme has been added to the list of themes, you can edit or delete it from Actions:
Step 2 - Create a kiosk profile (OPTIONAL)
Kiosk profiles are used to customize and translate the text contents of your kiosks. The available languages for which you can provide your translations on your kiosk are:
English
French
Spanish
Polish
Russian
You can create as many profiles as you want and assign them to kiosks.
Go to Settings > Visitors and click on Kiosk profiles:
Click on Create a profil:
Choose Onboarding welcome and end text, choose Offboarding text:
Click on Save.
Your Profile has been added to the list of Profile's, you can edit or delete it from Actions:
Step 3 - Create a kiosk
To create a kiosk, you first need a building. If you don't have a building yet, follow this documentation.
Click on the building in which you wish to create the kiosk:
In your building menu click on Kiosks then on New:
Choose a logo, name for your kiosk and select your kiosk theme and profiles:
Define the Check-in options.
You can also associate your kiosk with a badge printer and manage it from here.
If you would like to use a printer to print badges, please read the following documentation.You can edit the check-in instructions that will be sent by mail to your visitors before they come to your office:
Example of mail received by the visitorOnce you fulfilled your kiosk's information, click on Finish to create it.
Your kiosk is now ready for use.

If additionally to Comeen Workplace, you also use our signage solution Comeen Play, you can retrieve the kiosk link associated with your visitor kiosk and broadcast it through Comeen Play's website content.
