Introduction
This feature allows the validation of the screen's ability to access and download media files. It checks for the successful transfer of content from the server as well as its local availability on the screen. The diagnostic can be performed using two methods: via the Admin Interface or directly on the screen using the Debug Panel.
Prerequisites
Active network connection (Ethernet or Wi-Fi).
For the Remote Test: Access to the space administration platform or remote access to the player.
For the On-Screen Test: Keyboard and mouse connected.

1. Test via the Admin Interface
The test performed from the Admin interface is useful for remote diagnosis.
Log in to the Admin Interface.
Navigate to the Screen Management section.
Go to the screen you wish to test, click on the three dots (…), and then select the "Download Test" option:
A pop-up window will open, and the download test will start automatically.
Once the loading is complete, the result will be displayed.
2. Test via the Debug Panel (Directly on the Screen)
The test performed directly on the screen is essential for local and quick diagnosis in case of on-site display issues.
Turn on the player/screen, if it is not already running.
Connect a keyboard and a mouse to the player/screen.
Depending on the platform or screen brand, use the appropriate combination to open the debug panel:
Windows, ChromeOS, Android, Linux: Press the F3 key.
Samsung, LG, iiyama: Use the combination Ctrl + F3.
The debug panel will open automatically. Then, navigate to the "System" tab using the keyboard arrows or the mouse.
In the "Download Test" section, click on Start download:
Once the loading is complete, the result will be displayed.
