Set up your Amazon Signage Stick with Comeen

This guide walks you through setting up an Amazon Signage Stick and connecting it to Comeen.

Prerequisites

  • An Amazon Signage Stick connected to your screen (HDMI) and to power

  • A stable Wi‑Fi network

  • A smartphone or computer to access the Amazon Signage Console

  • The screen’s remote or the Amazon Signage mobile app (for initial setup)


1) Initial device setup

Once the stick is plugged into your screen and powered on:

  1. Choose your preferred setup method:

    • Remote-based setup (using the screen’s remote), or

    • App-based setup (using the Amazon Signage mobile app)

  2. Follow the on‑screen instructions:

    • Select your language

    • Connect to your Wi‑Fi network


2) Pair the stick in the Amazon Signage Console

  1. From a computer or phone, go to: https://console.signage.amazon.com/

  2. Click + Add stick.

  3. Enter the pairing code shown on your screen.

  4. When you see “Pairing successful,” click Next.


3) Choose the CMS: Comeen

  1. On the “Choose CMS” page, select Comeen.

  2. Click Next.


4) Review and add the stick

  1. On the “Review and add” page, review the details.

  2. Click Add stick.

The stick will now:

  • Check for updates

  • Start installing the Comeen app

  • It may reboot automatically, then launch Comeen


5) Complete Comeen app onboarding on the device

  1. When you see the “Welcome to Comeen” screen, click Begin installation.

  2. Grant storage access permission:

    • Follow the on‑screen prompts to allow storage access.

  3. On the Storage page:

    • Once storage is activated, select Return, then click Next.

  4. After the system check completes, click Continue.

  5. On the final confirmation screen, click Finish.

You should now see the Comeen Player pairing screen.


6) Pair the device in Comeen

From the pairing screen on your display, follow our guide to add the player to your Space in Comeen.
