Once your resource type is created, you can add resources using a CSV import.
CSV import allows you to create and manage multiple resources at once.
Before you start
Make sure that:
A resource type has already been created
Your CSV file follows the required format (described below)
Building, floor, and area names already exist in Comeen

CSV format requirements
The CSV file must follow the required structure.
Required columns

⚠️ Column names must match the required format exactly.
⚠️ Floor and area names must exactly match the values configured in the selected building.

Download the Google Sheet and export it as a CSV file before importing it into Comeen.
Import resources
Open your resource type
Click Import from CSV
Click Upload CSV File, and select your CSV file
Click Import
Review the imported resources, and click Save Changes.
Your resources are now available.
Update resources using CSV
You can update existing resources by importing a new CSV file.
The system will process the file and update or create resources based on the CSV content.
CSV import simplifies the management of large numbers of resources and helps keep resource inventories up to date.
