Deploying our Google Chat App via your Google Admin Console

Comeen comes with a set of several notifications that are brought to you via chatbot applications.

From now on, you are able to either let your users deploy themselves our Google chatbot application or to directly deploy it to everyone equipped with Comeen.

Deploy Google Chat

1. To do so, as a Google admin, go to your Google console administrator dashboard.
2. As for installing our Comeen Workplace add-on, select Apps from the menu on your left.
3. Then click on Google Workplace Marketplace apps and choose Apps list.
4. Click on ALLOWLIST APP. 
5. Type Comeen in the search bar and select Comeen Workplace for Google Chat.
6. Select Allow users to install this app and click on CONTINUE.
7. Select the users concerned, either everyone or specific groups / organizational units. Then click on FINISH.
8. You can see it is allowed.
9. Click on INSTALL APP.
10. Type in the search bar and select Comeen Workplace and select Comeen Workplace for Google Chat.
11. Click on the application Comeen Workplace for Google Chat.
12. Click on the button Admin install.
13. Click on Continue.
14. Select the users you want to equip with our Google chat application. Accept our terms of service and privacy policy, then click Finish.
15. Once done you will get a confirmation message.
16. And then you should see that you just installed our Google chat application, congratulations!
17. Here's what your colleagues will see when looking at their chat menu into Gmail.
18. After clicking on our chatbot application, they are welcomed with this message.

Please note, that when the chat is added to accounts that don't exist in Workplace yet, no notification will be sent. The user will have to go to Google chat and click on the application for notifications to begin.

However, if a user is added before chat is deployed, they will receive a notification once it is deployed.
